How Do You Balance Your Career and Family? Intentionally scheduling all parts of my life so not one aspect overpowers another. I also schedule time for friends, volunteering, me (self-care, education, fun), etc.
Career Advice You Would Give to Your Younger Self: Learn to be patient with yourself — some things take time and consistency.
